🧠 Step 1: Run a Time Audit Like a CFO

If you want to treat your time like your most valuable asset…
You need to track it like a budget.

Here’s the 3-day mini audit:

1. Track every activity (yes, even “doomscrolling”) in 30-minute blocks
   

2. Label each task by category: Build / Maintain / Distract
   

3. Assign a value level:
   
   

   • $10/hr → Admin, email, errands

   • $100/hr → Sales, meetings, client work

   • $1,000/hr → Product, strategy, growth

   • $10,000/hr → Vision, systems, hiring

🧾 Reality Check: Most first-time founders are stuck doing $10/hr tasks, all week long. 

✂️ Step 2: Cut the Time Leaks

Now that you’ve logged everything, it’s time to ruthlessly eliminate.

Ask yourself:

• What can I automate? (Calendars, reminders, email responses)

• What can I delegate? (Admin, lead gen, editing, research)

• What can I just stop doing? (Slack channels, coffee calls, inbox zero obsession)

  

  🧠 Think in trade-offs: Every “YES” to a low-value task is a “NO” to your business.

🤝 Step 3: Leverage the Power of a VA Team

If you’re still doing every task yourself, you’re the bottleneck.
