Every business needs to cover these four:

1. Product – You need to create or deliver something people want

2. Marketing – You need to get it in front of the right people

3. Operations – You need systems to manage the machine

4. Support – You need to keep customers happy & informed
   

Here’s the myth:

You think you need a person for each.
What you actually need is a system for each.

That system might be a tool.
It might be a VA.
It might be a 1-click automation.

But it doesn’t need to be a payroll line item.

This is the actual stack I’d use today if I had to build something solo from scratch:

1. Your stack looks like an agency's
   If you need a tutorial to use your own software… it’s too much.
   

2. You’ve “been building” for 4 months and still haven’t launched
   You don’t need to build more — you need to strip it down.

You’re managing more than you’re selling
You can’t scale when you’re stuck inside your own system.

📌 Pro Tip: You only need one repeatable win to make these.
Document what you did → make it pretty → sell it.

✅ How to Audit & Streamline in One Weekend

1. Make a list of every recurring task you touch
→ Write emails, send invoices, upload posts, edit video, reply to DMs, etc.

2. Label each: Automate / Delegate / Delete
→ Can a tool do it?
→ Can a VA do it?
→ Should you even be doing it at all?

3. Create 1 Loom + Notion SOP for any task you delegate
→ This saves you dozens of hours down the line

4. Schedule a monthly ops check-in with yourself
→ What can I remove or refine next?

🧠 Remember: Your energy is your most valuable resource.
Use it on creation and connection — not clicking around in 12 dashboards.
